Historical Museum

Our Historical ketubah collection is the extraordinary result of our collaboration with The National Library of Israel and The Jewish Museum. This collaboration was created to bring you authorized reproductions of ketubahs culled from both museums’ permanent collections. Our historical museum collection features Ketubah designs adapted from original works from around the world that date as far back as the 1400s.

Gold & Silver

For centuries, artists and artisans have turned to silver and gold leaf as a way to make their creations shimmer and shine. Evident in everything from ancient artifacts to modern masterpieces, the glistening accents can add an ethereal touch to any work of art. These metallics are celebrated for their ability to accentuate color and form through stunning details.

Japanese Washi Paper

The ketubahs in this collection are exquisite! The delicate Japanese Washi paper is embedded with silk threads, giving it an authentic oriental quality and style. This creates an incredibly fine and crystalline texture, giving the artwork a gentle appearance.

Canvas

Today’s couples are looking to canvas for a Ketubah with a unique and striking fine art look. We are incredibly proud to offer our own exclusive line of Ketubah designs, produced in house and available on canvas. The canvas ketubahs have more texture and shine than ketubahs printed on paper and give off the look of an original oil painting!

Letterpress

Letterpress was originally created around 1440. Attempting to print flat on paper, printers stumbled upon the unique effect of letterpress and embossing. This error became the most beautiful and valued feature of letterpress, which made it desirable. It sadly went out of style in the 80's and 90's due to computer technology, but couples have returned to this classic detailing for their most special and personal keepsake prints.

Papercuts

Papercutting has been a traditional Jewish art form for Ketubah decoration since the Middle Ages. Thanks to advances in artisanal laser cutting in the late 20th century, these exquisite pieces of fine art are now within everyone's budget. Papercut Ketubahs are lovingly produced, one at a time, to archival standards.
