Our 3-step ordering process makes it more efficient and quicker than ever before. Finding the right design, one that speaks to you and represents you as a couple, should be the hardest part of the process. As long as that’s the case, we know we’re doing our job right!
Once you’ve ordered your ketubah, the personalization process begins. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the personalization form.
We also have a live chat function to help you if you get stuck at any point in the process. In addition, we have a comprehensive FAQ section to answer just about any question you may have. And when you call our phone number, you’ll always speak with a person, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours if we miss you.
A Timely Reminder
We get a lot of questions regarding the timing of your order, so we’d like to clarify a few points about how long the process generally takes. For personalized text, you should expect 2-4 weeks between placing your order and receiving your ketubah. Unpersonalized ketubahs take 1-2 weeks.
Ordering your ketubah early is always the best policy, especially with luxe, multi-layered, stretched canvas, and other intricate ketubahs that can take some time to prepare. With the ongoing pandemic, shipping may be slower than usual. As a rule of thumb, if you need a ketubah within the month, you should use rush shipping.
