Melody Molayem

Melody started out as a fine artist experimenting with a variety of different mediums until finding her voice through papercut art. She takes particular interest in spirituality, self-expression, identity formation, and awareness campaigns. Her art evolved as she learned more about Torah and the mystical aspects of the Hebrew alphabet. She had a vision to revive Judaic art by combining traditional motifs with a more personalized, contemporary touch, botanicals, pattern making, and other meaningful symbols. On top of that, she infuses her artworks with inspiration derived from a love for childhood fairytales that she has kept alive all these years through the artmaking practice. During her spare, Melody enjoys photography, sketching, writing poetry, and experimenting with different mediums.
